Wrong Book Sent

Although The Picture And Isbn # Is Correct On The Order, They Send The Wrong Book. Not Sure Why This Happens On Multiple Occasions But It Is Quite Frustrating Since It Puts My Kids Behind In Their Assignments. It Is Also Difficult To Reach Customer Service To Return The Items. They Should Have To Pay For The Returns When They Send The Wrong Item.
