Hitorijime My Hero Volume 10 (Trouble in Paradise)

Ken's feelings about Asaya begin to change, and Ken finally informs Masahiro about it. Why is Ken nervous when he holds Asaya's hand? Do the girls that form the Hasekura cult have something to do with it? And how do the girls from school and Miho not know about her sons' relationships (Kousuke's, Masahiro's, Asaya's, and Ken's)? When Asaya and Ken meet in the nurse's office, things get hot and heavy. Meanwhile, Kousuke and Masahiro have their apartment, but Kousuke is very busy at work. Masahiro is lonely, having to wait for his fiancé in the middle of the night. Masahiro aches for Kousuke's touch. At the same time, Kousuke is beating himself up for acting like his father. The four men discuss their problems with each other, but they solve their issues with their boyfriends. The situation is looking up for them, except for Masahiro, who has a one-on-one with Asaya about Ken. Speaking of Asaya, he is getting lots of love from the ladies, causing Ken to want to reveal his relationship with Asaya to the girls. Also, more of Asaya's family life and Kousuke's family past is shown. On the contrary, Shige, Yamabe, Chairman Yoshida, and Yunge are not as lucky as the four main characters. Chairman Yoshida is a bubbling mess when he attempts to confess to his crush, Matsuzawa. It doesn't help when Kousuke, Masahiro, Asaya, and Ken involve themselves. Also, Yunge grows attached to Natsuo. But will Yunge be able to make his move when the bar is empty, except for the two of them and Mary? I wish there were more Natsuo and Yunge content. But Yunge's personality turns like Kaide's on the rumors side, stirring up the pot between the two prominent couples. Memeco Arii is raising the bar with every Hitorijime My Hero story. I find the cover for this one cute, with Ken and Shigeo laying their heads on Asaya's legs. The front cover displays Masahiro's anxiety when he's with Kousuke in their new apartment. The characters' profiles and summary of the story are much appreciated, especially with the gaps between each volume's debut. I hope these characters overcome the obstacles, whether it be their mentality or how they deal with others. This is the tenth volume, and I hope Memeco Arii writes another ten. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves BL manga.
