Zen and the Art of a Murder Mystery

This book has a little bit of everything: several intriquing murders to be solved, a first time detective who has a lot of appeal as a "regular" guy with whom we experience his many foibles and the old master who is wise about the ways of the world and the inner self. And the setting perfectly captures the colorful life in Central Texas, both in Austin and at Lake Travis. The book is a fun read and one you won't want to put down. I can't wait for subsequent books from the author and further adventures of detective B.B. Rover.
