From A Teenager Who Loves It!

The Hidden Secret of Avalon, sequel to Search For The City, is the kind of book you want to share with friends. Right from the beginning I was captivated. The further I read the more I wanted. Richard's gentle spirit, yet strong in the face of overwhelming odds, made him a character I held close to my heart. Also the other characters: Mrs. Flowers, the plump, outspoken and adorable old woman, Wild Meg the mysterious creature, elusive as the wind...and many more. There was never a dull moment. At the end I discovered the real secret of Avalon and I'll remember it.Emily Stout, 15 years old (and proud to be the author's granddaughter)
