An excellent work, weaving theory and practice well.

Ian Hickman presents readers with a number of short articles which deal with difficult and important areas of the art of analog and RF electronics. He succeeds in doing this using an elegant illustrative style of writing, with lots of useful diagrams and illustrations of test data. The book has sections dealing with general analog, audio and RF circuits and is well rounded with a section covering basic principles.A practical treatise that will inspire adventures in the electronics lab for both seasoned expert and novice alike. Excellent for reference also.
