Loved it

Absolutely loved this book. I am always on the look out for great books that help to ground me in the presence of each moment and remind me of the value of living intentionally. This book did not disappoint. Love Kate Merrick’s writing style.

Okay I do not really have much to say about Here,and Now Book because to be honest ,after the first chapter, well I was bored. Oh I did try to pick it up a couple of more times only to put it back down. I was hoping with all the good review that it was going to be an awesome book. I would not recommend this book to anyone, and I doubt I will pass this book on to someone else. The only reason I gave it a one star was, well I had liked the simple but eye catching cover.
