Great way to incorporate wine in cooking

Lots of great recipes in this book! Every one I have tried has turned out great. I can't wait to try some more.

This is a very excellent and creative book.

It is obvious that Mancuso is creative in the fact that she has put together so many great tasting recipes. They span every type of food, from sauces to seafood to dessert. Also, the addition of gift ideas was a great idea. My mom loves the recipes, as well as myself!

I found this book highly enjoyable. The recipes are written well and easy to understand. The recipes were easy to cook, even for a beginner like me. The food tastes great and the whole family loves the food.

Easy to follow with excelent results!

This book has a lot of great tips and gift ideas along with delicious recipies. I have made a few of the herbed-wines with great success. I love that the instructions are easy to follow! I even gave them as gifts to friends and family along with a copy of one of the recipies, and they all loved it! What I really love, is that you can mix and match various recipies with the wines and come up with a totally new taste!
