Gotta love this book!

Hot and hilarious!! This is a fantastic first book and I can't wait to add others to build my Cami Dalton collection. Brava and bring on more!

Hotter than Florida in the summer!

Wow, Cami Dalton's HER PRIVATE DANCER will have you taking cold showers for weeks afterward! Phoebe and Trace set the pages on fire from the moment they run into each other. Interspersed between the sizzling chemistry are the laugh-out-loud lines that make these two characters worthy of your keeper shelf. I loved the fact that Phoebe and Trace never took themselves too seriously, an endearing quality authors seem to forget.Cami, when's your next book coming out? I want more!

Funny, Sexy and Fast!

This book has everything you want in a category romance -- it's laugh out loud funny, you'll-need-a-fan sexy and very fast paced. Cami Dalton has hit category with a bang and I'll put her on my auto-buy list immediately. The hero in this book, Trace, is cool and quick-witted and sweet all at the same time. The heroine is just quirky enough to be endearing, without doing anything stupid. Their mistaken identity works -- as does the hysterical twist at the end of the story. Don't miss this one!

Hilarious and sexy!

I love Temptations and this new one is a winner. Trace is a hot hot hot hero...but is also hysterically funny. From the first page when he's stripping for two old ladies who he thinks of as female versions of the two old guys from The Muppet Show, the book just doesn't slow down on the laughs and the heat. Definitely one you don't want to miss!

entertaining contemporary romance

Rather then work undercover with the cops who are trying to blackmail her into doing so, showgirl Tiffany Deveraux flees to the Caribbean while asking her ballet dance instructor sister to impersonate her at Miami's Mirage Hotel. Reluctantly Phoebe leaves San Francisco for her hometown only because her sister is pregnant. Phoebe sells the reluctant police that she can do what they need done.At the Mirage, Phoebe is stunned to see Trace McGraw, who she liked in high school, perform as a stripper. As they become reacquainted, Phoebe and Trace fall in love. However, he wonders how she will react when she learns he is an undercover reporter trying to find evidence that the Mirage is involved in mob business and his beloved's sister might be in the middle of the illegal activity. This is an entertaining contemporary romance starring two lead characters who have no idea that the other is working undercover and not as a dance-stripper. The story line is fast-paced as everyone wants to prove Mafia dealings, but the final twist will fool readers though hindsight knows it was obvious. Fans will appreciate this heated under the covers romance due to the misconceptions on the part of everyone including the reader. This is a terrific tale by a fine author.Harriet Klausner
