Great children's books

The childhood of famous Americans series has always been a favorite of mine since youth. Upon rediscovering these books I decided to collect them. The series consists of biographies mainly of the childhood years of notable Americans and even though fictionalized they provide a lot of factual information and good values. The books from my childhood consisted of the publication editions with pictures illustrated on the cover as the photo indicated with Henry Ford boy with ideas. To my surprise I received the orange cover edition (has no illustrations on cover) which is several years older and not worth the price I paid. Buried in the sites FAQ it states that photos are stock and may not represent the book you receive. Also of note is that they do not give refunds unless the book is $35 or more. I will definitely not be purchasing anymore books from this series from this site. Hope this helps a future potential purchaser.
