Acupineology: A Simple Method for Aligning You Body's Bio-Energy

Acupineology is a book about the manipulation and alignment of your body's own energy field for your benefit in all areas of life. Authored by the much beloved Geof Gray-Cobb, of New Avatar and Frater Malak fame, the approach taken in this book is to give the student techniques along the way and the put it all together into a daily workout in the last chapter. By aligning our bio-energy with the three main energy centers of the body, we have the universe work with us instead of being at cross-currents with it. Gray-Cobb uses an allegory of chopping a large tree down that we want to move 10 miles away. Well, once we chop it down, how do we move it? If we chop the tree down in the middle of the woods, we either have to devise a way of pushing or dragging it to a road where it can be loaded on a truck. But if we chop the tree down near a large river, the river will move the tree down stream for us. By aligning our bio-energies, we are at the river's edge and can easily move our desires downstream to fulfillment. I love this book. I love how simple the exercises are to learn, I'm far to early in my practice to claim mastery but it is fun. I also love that everything I learn throughout the book is put together into a daily workout. And most of all, I love Geof Gray-Cobb's writing voice which is gentle, humorous, and encouraging. If you can find a copy of this book and take to practicing the techniques inside you will have a richer, more joyful life experience.

Great book, bad translation help needed...

This is a great book, but unfortunately I have bought a bad translation from the english version. I cannot found any copy of the original english version from the local store, so if anyone had read it and understand it and practice it, I really appreciate if you could email me at (help_on_acupineology@yahoo.com)so I could ask a few question.
