Full-color photography on every page illustrates these good habits to make part of one's lifestyle, such as "Always turn off lights when you leave a room!", "Use your bike and use your feet!" and "Dust your lightbulbs" (since dusty lightbulbs use more energy than clean ones). "Sometimes it can be fun to let go of a helium-filled balloon and watch it float off into the sky. But it's bad for the environment! Eventually that balloon comes back to earth and becomes litter.
