Solid Information

In the long term care industry where labor is our most precious resource, good ideas and tools are helpful. Some good new ideas as well as good reminders are in this book.

Interesting

I have enjoyed reading this book. As a Nursing Home Administrator (with an RCFE License too) I found some very good recruiting ideas along with some good hiring practices. I've always made sure my employee's have fun days and when coming to a new facility we've always done an employee break room make-over. The employees need to know they are appreciated.
