Post-Holocaust and beyond!!

I had reservations about this new series at first - but after reading great stories like this one, it just gets better and better. I love the ideas and the deep storyline. This new trilogy is taking this series to new heights! I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT ONE!!

This book deserves more than 5 stars!

I've been reading Outlanders since the beginning and it wasn't until I recently got online I realized I could comment about it. I want everybody to know how great this series is and this latest book is great, too. I cant find anything to complain about!!! It's got everything an action fan could ask for. I wish they'd make movies out of it!

Ashamed--Not!

What could have been just another post-nuke series with super-studs shooting mutants is something you don't have to be ashamed of being caught reading. The first part of the Lost Earth Saga has gone beyond anything Axler ever did in either Deathlands or Earthblood. The charcaters are cool, the plot is riveting and the action scenes can't be beat. I congratulate him on creating Colonel Thrush, one of the most evil--but fascinating--villains to come along in quite some time. Now if he can just figure out a way to bring back Tara from Doomstar Relic, I'd be really happy. Here's hoping Outlanders is around for a long time to come!

Grand adventure

Since the very first book in this series, the readers have been treated to one grand adventure after another and Hellbound Fury is the grandest one yet.So far, Outlanders has avoided most of the pitfalls which plague Deathlands or any on-going series. The characters continue to evolve and the stories are about a lot more than simple survival. And most importantly, at the end of every book I'm always hungry for more. Hellbound Fury really whets my appetite for the next installament in the trilogy.

A GREAT start!

I have recently finished the first in the Lost Worlds Trilogy and have to say that it is an incredible start to the series within a series. At first I was a little apprehensive with the alternate earth's but as I read further the idea began to grow on me. The author has shown us a brief glimpse into the worlds that Kane and Co will be visiting. What we were shown, the future where Nazi Germany had won WW2 was truly horrifying, and makes me more thankful than ever that the allies had won the war. Col. Thrush (introduced in Omega Path) has thrown down the gauntlet and has challenged Kane to stop him. Never to back away, Kane has accepted the challenge and will be doing what no other person in the history of either series has done. Travelled to a parallel casement. The mini series will be incredible and I can't WAIT for the next installment.
