I didn't receive the book.....

I can't write a review of the book because I didn't receive it. I am going to write a review of the company. They sell a book, and receive the money, to a book they don't have, and don't say nothing about the fact that they don't have the book. Don't give you any information, well they give, after you complain! It is the second time I have problems with this book seller. I am really thinking to find another book seller. They will refund me, imagine if they won't(!), but the service was really disappointed. I AM A BOOK LOVER, and I was thinking they were, too.
