Everyone longs for something. And everyone gives in to temptation sometimes. Mary. Heather. Sam. Now it's my turn. This description may be from another edition of this product.
Gaia had told Mary about her childhood as a Truth Or Game truth... and now Mary is endangered. Loki knows that she knows, and Mary tells her aunt to get some more information. She's digging into some trouble and doesnt seem to notice. Gaia has some things going good in her life. Skizz is in jail. She goes to a party with Mary. A guy kisses her and dances with her. Sam is having MAJOR problems...he knows about what Heather had done, and he tries to drink it off. Instead, he causes more problems with his feelings...and sees Ella there... Skizz doesn't go to jail do to some reasons.... What happens between Sam and Ella? Or Sam and Gaia? What will Loki do about Mary? Or what will Skizz do to Mary? Can Gaia protect her friend or will Mary suffer a fate she created when she first used cocaine?~Spoiler~That was sooo sad... I can't believe Mary died. I haven't been able to get a hold of number nine yet, but hopefully i will be able to soon. And that was sick what Ella does. She makes me sooo MAD! It annoys me to think of what she is doing.
Fearless #8: heat -- the battle's heating up....

After the right amount of evidence , and with the time for a decision to take place, Gaia Moore's powerfully dangerous uncle Loki saw that Gaia's secret could not be passed. But ever since her 'perfect' niece Gaia has made friends, Loki can no longer bear the fact that her secret -- her perfection -- is slipping away. Friends cause complications ; they know too many secrets. And because of that reason, Loki sees only one alternative. Mary Moss must be terminated immediately. Gaia must save her friend at all costs. But does she know who her real enemy is? Could she have even begun to dream the consequences... Fearless #8: Heat is by far my favorite book in the series. I felt the ending was sad ; it truly is, but the drama is powerful and surprising. It truly is different then the other books in the series, and is surprisingly painful to the very end.

I loved this book! It's just as good as the last few but I got to warn you the ending is a little disturbing. And this book has actually turned me into an Ed/Heather shipper.
Pascal, keep them coming

I was sent the first book in this series as a promotion and it hooked me instantly. I never really considered myself an avid reader, but now I can't put books down, especially the Fearless series. Although the first few were a bit juicier than these recent ones, they are still worth reading. I just wish there was more interaction between the main character, Gaia, and her love interest Sam. I recommend this book highly, as well as the others in the series. I just wish it didn't take a month to publish each one! Read these books, you'll thank me!
Keep the heat coming...

Believe me when I say, this is so far THE best book of this series. I have read all of them and this book kept me on my toes. I couldn't put it down until I was finished. It's just that good. I promise. I love the way a little bit more of everyone's motives are revealed in each book. It's always some kind of twist. And that makes for very good reading.
