This is a great collection to keep handy for those times when you need a quick dose of perspective. Little Mattie provides simple insights and childlike observations, oozing with profound wisdom on every page.

Stepanek accomplished much

Mattie Stepanek was indeed a phenomenal human being who, in his short life, accomplished more toward the human ideals of love, friendship, and peace than most of us do in lifetimes thrice as long. I would hope that his books and audiobooks will remain in print and continue to inspire people -- especially children -- to write about everything that brings us joy.

This is a wonderful set!!!

I love these 3 books of Mattie, with some extra poems and forewords of famous people. It was the straigt to bone simplicity of words that hit me emotionally. So young and so wise. Just love it. It's a shame he is not with us anymore!

This is poetry, truly. It is well-named because each poem is a song from this little hero's heart. You will be uplifted to read these books. Oprah is not wrong.
