Wow!!!

This book is AMAZING!!!!! I know very little about the Bible but I want to learn and this odd a great start!!! I also am reading the friends of Jesus which is amazing, as well. I highly recommend both books!!

wonderful, heartfelt insight into the family of Jesus

This semi fictional account of the family members of Jesus was compelling! What we tend to know from the bible paired with Kingsbury's feelings and facts she acquired for the biblical times, makes for a very touching profile of the family of Jesus. The discussion questions in the back take your thoughts even deeper to yourself and the important family members of Jesus. Very good book! The Friends of Jesus is also one to read and reflect upon for all those who love the word of God. Both very good! I would recommend!
