The Heart of the Matter

The Heart of the Matter is a well written story that reminds people to never judge a book by its cover. Luke is a single father trying his best to raise his son alone. When Jeris becomes the new director of the children's program at church, Luke isn't happy. Jeris is not what he is looking for in a woman. The two begin to spend more time together and Luke realizes that Jeris is a sweet, wonderful, and amazing woman! The only question that remains in Luke's mind is if it is already to late. I enjoyed reading this story about never being to old to learn something new.
