You Don't Need Another Calorie Book!

I have many books that count calories, fats, and carbs. They are usually too big to lug around or dont have many of our favorate foods listed as we know them, making them a chore to use. This is the only calorie counter you will need, its small and surprisingly has 99.9% of the foods we are eating at your fingertips. Unless u are a Doctor, this book will be fine for your everyday use. I have several other calorie books and this one is the one I USE daily.

Perfect Size for your Purse!

I really liked this book. I bought it to help count fat and cholesterol but it really is small and thin, perfect to carry around everywhere in my purse. And it has all the necessary information on tons of real, everyday foods.

A must have book

My son is an insulin dependent diabetic for 15 years. He had been counting carbs for 5. He recently began pump therapy so counting carbs is essential in determining how much insulin he needs to bolus for. We were given this book from a friend and were so happy with it we have begun recommending it to other pump wearers. The book is small enough to carry with all his other supplies. It has everything in it from fast foods to family fare. So easy to look up the information he needs...saves time...eliminates the need to calculate foods. For a 16 year old it's perfect. A much needed book for any diabetic. Good job!

There are several helpful pages in the back of the book which help you tailor your nutrition goals to your individual needs. There is even a place where you can enter information about favorite foods that aren't listed in the book. A must have for people trying to lower cholesterol, control their diabetes or trying to follow a healthier diet.
