This book is very insightful, to the point, a very easy read. I am a very busy person so being able to just sit down and read this book was a delightful experience!

Strong textbook for studying patient-provider interactions

This is a good, balanced textbook for anyone needing a detailed source anayzing the doctor or nurse and patient interaction. Strengths: Balanced, objective, good references, non-critical. Weaknesses: Long, sometimes states the obvious, choppy theoretical discussions.
