Great book! I have used this book extensively since purchasing it. A truly fun, and informational, book.

Chase and Pawlik do an amazing job in writing this excellent book on gemstones as they pertain to alternative and/or complimentary medicine!This book is broken down into three major parts: Part 1 deals with Exploring the World of Gemstones, Part 2 goes in depth with each of the particular properties of specific stones, and Part 3 deals specifically with application and healing. There is also an extensive list of illustrations that are quite good!For an even more complete library, I recommend getting this book in addition to Chase and Pawlik's other masterpiece, "Healing with Crystals". This book is money well spent. Highly recommended!

Good reference book

Healing with Gemstones is a good, solid beginners book on working with over 80 different gemstones.  Using color, specific healing techniques, studying the various correspondences and associations with each gem, this book is a wonderful storehouse of valuable information.  These two professional healers and counselors give you step by step instructions written so anyone can understand. Another good book to have on your library shelf.
