A must-read for all healers

I think this book really ought to be a must-read for anyone working in the healing paths of the world. Although the information pertaining to the process of crystal healing is overly simplistic, this book calls upon a diverse group of resources in order to help the reader journey into wholeness. The book begins with an introduction to the physical heart. After one gains familiarity with this vital organ, the mythology and symbology of the heart, in addition to the overview of the human energy systems, are also covered. The exercises and crystals all focus around a few simple colors and themes in order to express emotional freedom, a loving atmosphere, and total well being. Although simple, this short book is full of easy exercises ranging from meditation, crystal healing, and visualization to yoga, and each one is useful and effective.
