Book helps cure sense of helplessness

I found this book extremely helpful. We all feel frustrated by the actions of other people -- be they obnoxious drivers or sales people -- and let it ruin our day. This book suggests ways we can be more positive and proactive in our own lives while understanding the reasons why other people might behave rudely.
