Have you? The title of this book is a genuine question. It's not meant to be sarcastic. It's not meant to be judgmental or superior. It is a REAL and important question. Have you suffered enough? Because without the motivation of suffering people will continue with their current plans, plots, schemes, beliefs, ideas, and stories. What else do they know? Many people wish there was no suffering. Can you imagine? Everyone going about their lives and doing whatever comes into their thoughts no matter how destructive or harmful it is to themselves or others or the environment in which they live. Nothing in their brains that says "Whoa STOP Let's look at this " Suffering is that nudge from the universe, from God if you prefer, that says "get out of your mind and take a look please." Suffering is a gift - one that many don't appreciate enough. It is a gift from the universe that a navigational course change is necessary. People resist their suffering out of fear of change. They would rather suffer than fear. It is ironic that what they fear is suffering, but until they see that they will stay with the suffering they "know" - that they are "used to." Suffering that they have invented survival strategies (in childhood) to deal with - suffering that they have built an entire identity around. But, when we suffer enough - when we run out of "plans, plots, schemes, stories, ideas, and beliefs" - something amazing happens. The Goddess reveals that she has been holding us gently the entire time saying "Shh, there-there love, you're okay..." And we open our eyes. Look about the room. And sure enough, we are. We are safe. But, until we suffer enough, we can't look outside of our minds to see that simple truth. So have you suffered enough? This book is a guide to the exit.
