Author and psychic medium Derek Acorah has compiled a guide to more than one hundred locations in Britain which are reputed to be haunted. And he has done his usual fantastic job. The book is organized by geographical areas of Britain, and features maps, detailed descriptions of the history and reported paranormal activity of each site, as well as practical information such as websites and phone numbers. Interspersed throughout are anecdotes from Derek's own experiences, as well as useful tips on ghosthunting procedure. It is an extremely diligent and comprehensive accounting. With this book, you'll be able to plan a complete ghosthunting itinerary, or ascertain whether there are any haunted locations coincident to your "regular" trip plans. From the Last Drop Tavern in Edinburgh (hint: it's not a pint of beer that "last drop" refers to; think: gallows), to Dublin's Grand Opera House, to Oliver Cromwell's House at Ely, there is not an area of the Isles that goes undocumented.
