The book is pretty much what I had hoped for. Living in Alberta we get 6 months of winter which means 6 months without golf. I was looking for some type of exercise program that would keep in reasonable shape over the winter so I could out the golf season fresh. I bought a kettlebell and then looked for fitness routines geared towards golfers. Obviously this book was it. Routines are short and sweet. Good workout and look forward to next season.
