Compliments to the authors. I've looked long for a practical book that links VB to web site development. This one fills the bill. I recommend it highly. Thanks to the authors for an accessible book that is not micky-mouse.

This book has great sample apps and is well written

I guess I disagree with some of the other readers. I think the title is appropriate. There are several useful internet applications on the CD and the book goes through them pretty wellThe autors may take too much of a consultants point of view in describing "how to design" an application but I think it is a good way to go about development.

I was very pleased with this book. As a 16 year old kid who was wanting to learn VB6 for the web it helped alot. I would like to say thanks to Rod Paddock for writting another great book.

Step by step walkthru of VB 6.0 / Web projects

This is the book I was looking for. A walk thru example is the way I like to learn. The book walks you through four major projects with database connections via the Web.The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I think it went too much into discussing development methodology.
