A graeat place to start

This book is a great place to start learning about the webcasting. It gives you all of the basic information to decide if you want to research further into the world of streaming media. I liked this book enough to buy another of his books "The Business of Streaming & Digital Media". While I have not finished reading it I think it will be just as good.

A solid practical guide

This book intuitively guides you through event and webcast production. It clearly shows the value of online and broadband webcasting by showing you how easy and straight forward the practice is. There is no magic or heavy investment like in television. I have shared the book with coworkers.

Know how to tell! Excelent.

The authors leave they experience on this book in very important way. This tecnology, especially, here in Brazil, will grow and help a lot of companies. The cases and the tips are excelent and will help a lot in solve my tecnologic walls, more dificult to climb than the USA, but with this book the steps became easier.

Great Primer on How to Webcast

The authors have written an in-depth guide to webcasting. It's deeper than a primer and most appropriate for small and medium sized businesses considering webcasting. Enterprise IT professionals that do a lot of webcasting already will probably find the information too basic for their needs. There are lots of screenshots and diagrams to provide visuals of the subject matter. Bottom line: If you're a small/medium sized outfit wanting to do webcasting, start here.
