The Guts of Finance

Having worked in financing for several years, WITH Terry Isom, I'm fully aware that literature on leasing is, at best, droll. But the insight offered in this publication is both liberating, and well presented, giving the reader a confidence behind the principles of leasing, and understanding of how money is made on a lease. This book should be a standard read for anyone working in leasing, and would be highly beneficial for someone considering a lease on cars/equipment/etc.
