I picked this up very cheaply. I knew about Neil Adams and decided that the book would be worth looking into. It is a good intro to Judo. Adams does a good job of explaining fundamentals which is sadly lacking in other intro books. The Tachi-Waza in the book is: Uchi-Mata, Tai-Otoshi, Tomoe-Nage, O-Uchi-Gari, Osoto-Gari, and "unorthodox techniques". Adams shows the traditional throws and then explains how specific successful Judokas have modified the throws. The Ne-Waza is :Osae-Komi-Waza,Shime-Waza,Kansetus-Waza, and "turnovers". Adams does the same with this section as the previous section. The section on tactics was most illuminating as I found several things that improved my randori. A good book though I would not spend a huge amount of money on it.
