Besides the external attributes of this book, like the high quality of the print work (excellent paper, excellent photos, size, etc); the discussion on the works in the Thyessen-Bornemisza museum far excede what you would find in the Broschure of any museum, this Guide is in fact an excellent art book with concise yet complete explanation of the periods in which each work belongs, including external influences the artist may have experienced as well as details that contrast these works with other works of similar facture. The Thyessen-Bornemisza museum is the depositary of artistic works whose authors, and the beauty itself, make them undoubtedly pieces of incalculable value, real world artistic heritage.
