My last year's vacation reading

I found this book while on vacation last year on Martha's Vineyard. I found it a thoughtful handling of an interesting subject. It's very inspiring and, since I believe in guardian angels, a good read. I feel my guardian angel was with me on the way home from my trip. I left the book on top of my suitcase by a chair in a bus station and went over to the snack bar a few feet away. Suddenly something made me look back. A suspicious looking young man with a jacket over his arm (on a hot July afternoon) was seated by my suitcase. I quickly went back to pick up the book and suitcase before he ran off with it. I feel my guardian angel told me to look back at that moment. Have written to the author about that experience.
