life changing

I originally read this book when my girls were small and it changed the way I raised them. I'm sure that some of the references are now dated, but, the original concepts of raising non sexist children are as valid today as they were then. Even if you don't agree with all the viewpoints, it will certainly make you more aware each time you purchase a toy or make any decision that affects a child.
