Not the whole program, missing the CDs/DVDs !!!

I expected to get the Whole home study program, and instead only get the book. I am confused and very dissappointed as the description and the format is very clear see next. (1 Workbook, 5 Audio CDs, 2-DVDs, 1 Paperback book). Format upon checkout said DVD. ???
