OH MY GOD.... THIS BOOK IS GREAT!!!!! I first got onto Danielle when I read her short story in the book Cream! I got Grindin when it first came out and I tell you no lie I have read that book over and over like five times!!!! It is that good! I am form the South and at first the language was over my head, but honey, I live in South Jersey now, and I get it all because the people here talk just like the characters in the book. This book is great and everybody should read it, I mean I am so hungry for more, I would love to see the next chapter in the lives of the characters. Way to go Danielle, this book is beyond GREAT!

Xtra, Xtra, Get your own copy! U won't b disappointed!

Greetings, meet Kennedy Sanchez and immediately you like her because she's full of heart and fire. She will emulate true love for family and strength in standing up to all challenges even when she's crying inside for someone to hold her up. She continues to strive to make things better for those around her. Kennedy's character is strong, but the strong realizes that sometimes looks an be deceiving. Prince Charming enters the scene with finesse and the two flow together like a beautiful waterfall but you still have to watch the jagged rocks and the cliff, because all fairytales have evil witches and warlocks. She and Chaz take you through the ups and downs of loving eachother so hard, a good soundtrack for this book would be "Lyfe", because it's deep. Danielle enchants you with another fantabolous ghetto love story within the infamous Sanchez family. You get a deeper look at the family tree and all the branches run back to a beautiful, strong tree. All families need a strong foundation, because as Bernie Mac says, "We all need a 'Big Mama'" there just ain't enough of them these days. I just have to give a shout out to Kisa Kane, because Kennedy's character still couldn't touch her big cousin. Kisa Kane is a gangsta chick legend! BIG DIBS to you Ms. Santiago! Girl, you bad to the bone! Can't wait for another best-seller! Wishing you continued success that gets bigger and better with each novel!

BEST BOOK OF 2006

Danielle Santiago did her thing once again in this novel. If you think that Little Ghetto Girl was off the chain and a good read you must read this book. I read it in one day and could not put it down. With every turning page it had you wanting to see what was going to happen next. Hope she hurry and write another novel because this sister knows how to put it down on paper
