44 Dr. Seuss books rolled into one inspiration full...

This is one you'll savor and like Bartholomews hats, it gets better and better and better as you turn spiral pages, learning how to simply cook (instead of store bought ctbhfdsfuurrgg "ingredients") plus the little known, but most helpful of, Dr. Seuss books.

Fun and Imaginary Recipes

This book was fantasticly fun! The recipes are inventive and imaginary following right along with the Dr. Suess theme. Each recipe comes with a quote directly from a character or scene in a variety of the Dr. Suess books. It's great for the aspiring cook in your household with recipes that are simple, attainable, and a little quirky.

A New Tradition

Since starting school, my 5 year old son, who has only celebrated Channuka, asked, "Who is this Santa Claus guy and why doesn't he come to my house?". We needed to start a family tradition that would make Christmas day a special one for him too. After watching the original cartoon version of "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas", we sat down to a delicious Who Feast. What fun! This will be just the first of hopefully many years of a delicious and meaningful tradition. We have big plans to read each of our Dr. Suess books and create their respective treats.

Better than I expected!

I was afraid this book would be a cheap sort of merchandising. But, the recipes are fun adaptations you would eat! Their presentation is probably better than mine, but you'll have that... Each recipe page has an excerpt from the book that inspired the recipe, and there are plenty of tie-ins, especially if you were having a Dr. Seuss Party, this would be a great book!

All will capture the interest and imagination

Cookbook author Georgeanne Brennan teams up with Frankie Frankeny to provide a Seuss cookbook of fun and wild food references. Here are some forty recipes for breakfast, lunch, snakes and desserts which offers Corn-Off-the-Cobsk, Nice Lime Ice, and more. Some are easy, some more complicated: all will capture the interest and imagination of kids in grades 2-6.
