Greek Cooking

Lou Seibert Pappas brings the cuisine of family Greek cooking to life for anyone. Photographs are helpful to know how the finished product should look. Directions are thorough yet clear and simple. There is no guesswork as there is with many ethnic cookbooks, every recipe works and is delicious. My husband's family is Greek and very good cooks and each of Lou's recipes are equal to theirs. Yasu!
