We love this cookbook

We've used the book for over 11 years, and consider it our most used cookbook. It is well organized. The presentation pictures help with the selection, and beyond subjective opinions the recipes are delicious. Don't get tied up with the marketing brands, generic products in place of the specified brand work fine.

I thought the above comment was absolutely ridiculous. What people want to know is if this is a good cookbook. I don't think anyone is interested in if brand names are going to be the future of culinary arts. Broken down: good recipes, use generic if you are opposed to "brand names." The recipes range from fast and tasty to complicated and savory. I love this cookbook.

Great recipes!!

I have owned this book for years now and have never made anything from it that was not yummy!! I usually ignore the actual brand names and just use the brand that I like or that I feel is the best quality. My mother and sister also own this book and they both love it, too.

Where can I get Mine????

Recently while pondering over dinner ideas a co-worker said she had the answer and indeed she did. The next day she brought in her FAVORITE BRAND NAME COOKBOOK, and after skimming through it I realized I had to get my hands on one. The easy to follow reciepts made it very user friendly and all the ingredients needed were right in my cabinets. The one dish reciepts were quick and simple too. The unfortunate thing is I am unable to get one of my own, I have looked everywhere and have had no luck and my co-worker is not willing to sell hers so please REPRINT THE BEST COOKBOOK EVER ASAP!!!!

Mouth watering !!

I am a Husband of a Wife who loves this book. I am the recipient of some awesome meals my wife has prepared with the help of this book. Unfortunatly the copy she has, she borrowed. I have just placed an order. My wife does not cook often but, it seems that the book is the reason. So shes getting one with my Love. In my humble opinion there is no better cook book. The meals created from this are as good or better than any you would find in a 4 star restaurant .
