This guidebook is meant to help you discover your own way of customizing your spiritual journey in contrast to "off the shelf spirituality." Over time many have lost interest in some of the well traveled paths of the past that no longer seem relevant and exciting due to a lack of personalization. Spirituality often has a goal of transcending duality and achieving a state of unity with a loss of personal identity. It is possible, however, to learn to live uniquely in non-duality in a state I call relational unity. Science has shown that we live in a deeply interconnected reality, and spiritual awakening is a process of deepening our capacity of relationship with a larger existence than just the world of the physical senses. Spiritual transformation is a non-linear process, and we can utilize tools developed by different traditions over centuries for discovering the unique wisdom that can only emerge through each of us.
