Don't Battle an Eating Disorder Forever-Recover from It Completely
Jenni Schaefer and Ed (eating disorder) are no longer on speaking terms, not even in her most difficult moments. In her bestseller, Life Without Ed, Jenni learned to treat her eating disorder as a relationship, not a condition-enabling her to break up with Ed once and for all.

In Goodbye Ed, Hello Me Jenni shows you that being fully recovered is not just...

Eating Disorder Resources

This is a great follow up to Life without ED, her first book. It is easy to read, you can start it and put it down and go back to the places you find especially helpful, this book is a must read for those coping with ED. This is also a good resources for thwe family and friends of the victim( I say victim not patient). ED is a criminal that attacks the mind and needs to be arrested and taken away, not lived with. This book will be helpful for the beginner as well as a veteran of the ED war.

Don't battle an eating disorder forever, recover from it completely!

I love "Goodbye Ed, Hello Me" by Jenni Schaefer. This is one of the best recovery books I ever read. It covers so many important lessons that those struggling with eating disorders need to hear, no matter at what stage they are in their recovery. I really liked that the book also includes exercises to get you, the reader, involved and moving forward in your own healing journey. But what I like most about the book is that Jenni talks about how she moved from "being in recovery" to "being recovered." Many people believe that one has to struggle with an eating disorder forever, or be forever in recovery and has to learn to just live with it. Jenni's book shows us that eating disorders really can be beaten, ONCE AND FOR ALL. This book will inspire you to take action and know that life without Ed (eating disorder) really is possible for you!" -- Andrea Roe Author, Speaker, Eating Disorder Survivor

Goodbye ed, Hello Me

I love this book. It is easy to read as it is broken up into small chapters. Jenni is upbeat and very convincing. I like how she doesn't leave room for many excuses in recovery. The book is easy to relate to and I would recommend this book to anybody who is in recovery from an eating disorder.

Truly Inspirational

This book is absolutely amazing. Having struggled with an eating disorder, it really showed me that there is life after an eating disorder. I love how Jenni put this book together and included many of her own experiences. She showed me how life can go on. I don't have to be Stacey with an eating disorder or Stacey in recovery. I can be "Stacey." The exercises were just right and made me think and helped put things into perspective. I recommend this book to anyone struggling with an eating disorder, in recovery, or recovered from an eating disorder. Thanks, Jenni for sharing your story of life after an eating disorder.

One of the BEST out there...

I was so thrilled yesterday to open up my mailbox to find an autographed copy of Jenni Schaefer's new book, Goodbye Ed, Hello Me! Jenni is also the wonderful author of the book Life Without Ed, a humorous, insightful, and down-to-earth personal story of one woman's 'break-up' and recovery from Ed: her eating disorder. Her lastest work is its companion. I read Life Without Ed during my recovery, and have since recommended it out as a helpful tool to many young men and women as I travel and speak. I was lucky enough to read Goodbye Ed, Hello Me pre-publication and offer a quote for the first page. I HIGHLY recommend both of these books for both individuals and families going through this battle. Jenni's writing is insightful and real; no lofty language, no 'doctor' talk, just raw human emotions, and humor as well. Everyone can relate to Jenni's story, and she is so honest! It's refreshing.
