Borrowed this item from our local library. It's a sweet countdown to bedtime that features Poppy and her puppy Max preparing for bedtime. 1 glass of milk, 2 cookies, 3 doggie treats, 4 paws, 5 tub toys, 6 toothpaste bubbles, 7 pajama buttons, 8 picture books, 9 stuffed toys, and 10 stars-in-the-sky later... Poppy and Max are finally asleep under her patchwork quilt. Very simple text and sweet candy-colored illustrations.
