Good Kids, Bad Habits

I was very pleased and happy to have found this book on the internet for less than full price. My doctor recommended this book and I really couldn't afford full price. We are very happy with the book, the price, the seller, the whole experience. Thank you very much for being there for us. The Gustafsons

The BEST book I have ever read

This book is the very best one I have ever read on kids and nutrition!

LOVE THIS BOOK

What a fantastic book! Useful advice given in a practical and non-judgemental way. Dr. Jen provides a fantastic road map for helping to put your child on the path of a healthy life both physically & mentally. As the Mom of a 9-year old son, I really appreciated her advice on parenting children during the 'tween years and thoughts on self-esteem.

A good one for your parenting book collection

As a mother of 2 1/2 year old twins, I found this book to provide invaluable advice for how to ensure that we parents take steps NOW in order for our children to develop a solid, enduring set of healthy lifestyle habits. What I appreciated most about the book was the Dr. Jen's practical perspective and advice re: small, incremental changes that can be implemented in the near term to help children for the long-term. This book is a great resource for any parent, however new or experienced you are!

Solid reference book - not just for new parents!

Initially I was somewhat skeptical of the book, being that I consider myself somewhat seasoned as a father of 3 kids. Nevertheless, I found that Dr Jen's common-sense tips, and the Healthy Kids Test, proved powerful reminders of what the wife and I should be reinforcing to our kids on a daily basis - if we want them to grow up to be healthier, happier adults. So while it's probably not a "cover to cover" read, it may occupy an important place on your nightstand or bookshelf for years to come.
