This is a really good book, with a user-friendly layout. The only thing i would say is that the author seems to have a sweeter tooth than mine - in many recipes i find that cutting the recommended sugar by half, or even omitting it, improves the recipe significantly. this is particularly true in the tiger shrimp in coconut and the moroccan chicken.

This is a simple to follow format with great recipies. I've made several, all turning out wonderfully. Try the Risotto, you'll have people thinking you slaved in the kitchen for hours!
