Goodbye, Gadsden

I picked up Goodbye, Gadsdon for my father who is a WWII veteran. He is not much for novel reading, but he really enjoyed this one. He found it accurate and entertaining. I knew, once he had finished, that I needed to read it, too. It is a wonderfully written book about WWII and the effects it had on everyday people. The plot is developed in a way that keeps the reader interested not only in what is happening in the lives of the characters but also the trials and tribulations of the times during WWII. I agree with the previous poster in that is was hard to put down. I read it so quickly that I plan to read it again to see what I missed in my hurry to see how it would end!

Page-turner

Goodbye Gadsden is one man's/family's account of events during WWII. It is action packed as well as historically accurate. Once you pick it up you will be hard pressed to put it down again for wanting to know what happens next. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did.
