Absolutely Worthless

Not a SINGLE recipe in the book despite advertising "over 170 delicious recipes": "45-days meal plans" and "over 2600 days of healthy eating" LOTS of white space to even get it to 120 pages. ALL VERY GENERAL, REPEATED INFORMATION. Feels like I've been SCAMMED.
