A startling account of enduring a 18th century transatlantic crossing

After reading this book, one realizes how bad things must have been in the British Isles,(for the common person) to force them to endure a transatlantic crossing. The thinking must have been, "It can't be any worse then what we are experiencing here". A must read for the genealogist researcher.
