Amazing, as usual

I became addicted to this series from the moment I began reading it. Kaori Yuki never fails to deliver with her beautiful artwork and intriguing stories. While her paneling can get to be a bit confusing, everything else flows wonderfully. Cain, the eccecentric, poison-collecting Earl, is tortured beyond imagination in "Judas". Godchild volume six is filled with betrayal, tears, mystery, and the usual dash of death to make things insteresting. Oh, and let's not forget the most important part: Cain dressed as a girl (he's really quite lovely!). Who can you trust when everyone around you is turning their backs? Absolutely recommended! I eagerly await the seventh volume (due out in a week or so!)

Simply, It's Riveting

I won't spoil anything within the review, but Godchild 6 is probably the most crucial books for character development within the series. As usual, the art is gorgeous, and this volume is just so emotional. Kaori Yuki really has her pacing down for these pages, and the last image of Cain is such a meaningful one.

A Little Confused

Although I enjoyed this manga very much, I didn't feel it matched up to some of the previous books in the series. Mostly, I got confused with the storyline. It seemed like the whole story suddenly jumped in a new direction, and in a way that wasn't explained as well as it could've been. This book was still worth getting though. Of course, I may be biased since I've read the previous books and would probably get the next book even if reviews put it down:)
