In "God Heals Today" the author begins by establishing teachings from the Old and New Testaments of the Bible that address the divine healing power of God. Illustrations are drawn from the teaching of the scriptures of miraculous healing of individuals, entire communities, and whole nations. The author tells story after story of contemporary miraculous healings. These stories have been documented by physicians, x-rays, and medical tests. These stories include healings from thirty five different diagnoses that range alphabetically from AIDS to tumors and ulcerations. Reported in newspaper directness with headline summaries the reader is quickly engrossed in the reports of seventy separate miracles of healing of individuals. These stories differ in circumstance but all include reports of a time when prayer became the treatment and Jesus Christ the physician.
