Sir Engr Ezenwa Ojebelankem Okolie graduated from South Tyne college South Shields UK majoring in Naval Architecture. He is a member of the Institute of Marine Engineers (MIME) Holds (BIET) British Institute of Engineering Technology Certificate. He is an ardent lover of African culture, tradition and heritage. Advocates for one central African language ( Ki-Swahili) military high command, one monetary policy and border free visa to all African countries. He was secretary general African Students Union in the UK, 1982.
