Five Words Say It All:... Go Within or Go Without !

This is an amazing book I will keep reading again and again. What a treasure! I was hooked on page one as the author shares three quick and easy things she does before getting out of bed each morning. I couldn't wait to try them! Just these three things will have a positive effect and will profoundly change your life if done daily. She shares lots more quick and simple life-altering practices. But, be patient because after that first awesome page, the next few pages/chapters are silly/useless. The author finally gets to the core teaching somewhere in the middle of the book. The patient reader is then richly rewarded as the author takes the fear and mystery out of healing and shows us how to heal ourselves in a simple, fun way. Healing our errors in thinking and raising our consciousness/awareness by becoming more in touch with whatever name we choose to call a power greater than ourselves brings about profound changes in all areas of our lives...emotional, physical, mental, spiritual. No religious dogma, no "New-Age-woo-woo" babble, the author is straightforward, easy and fun to read.

This is a Great Book

I highly recomend this book to everyone. It has someting for everyone, even the skeptic. Well maybe not the skeptic.Gloria, the author is such a genuine person and relays her message in that tone.This book answered questions I had been pondering for years about what I was 'seeing'.The biggest point for me was that you don't need to release the 'bad' energy, you just need to dissolve a nutral energy that seems to be blocking the light. For healers this means no more taking on people's 'stuff' as pranic healing would teach.This book is one you can read many times. It's a "get your money's worth" kind book. A must have.It's not one of those books that promise big things like finding your life's purpose then never delivers. It delivers results.
